    • Needs assessment - determine fit with Coolabilities and scope of engagement

    • Education and vision casting with district and building administration 

    • Core member identification and recruitment support 

    • Providing training and facilitation for SEPAC leadership team 

    • Assisting parent lead(s) in training and leading council members

    • Supporting parents and leaders in facilitating collaborative discussions
